T-Squared Agency is a boutique consulting firm that helps select businesses connect with the right people, right now. T-Squared understands your needs and is able to match you with talented individuals to handle your complicated web and mobile work, complex online marketing and social media campaigns, as well as high-end design.
Collectively, we have a shared understanding about modern web and mobile technology, contemporary business practices, and online marketing. We know the difference between a Pivot and PivotalTracker. But none of that matters without user adoption. We try to understand your customers behaviors and mentality before we ever code a line or put a pixel on the screen.
Knowing how to build something and acutally building it are two very different things. We are artisans, not artists - our job is make sure your concept is delivered on time, on budget and with professionalism expected of seasoned craftsmen.

Why 'T-Squared'?T-Squared comes from the concept of multiplying 'T-Shaped' people by 'T-Shaped' people the way iron sharpens iron. T-Shaped people have a wide variety of skills and deep expertise in several disciplines. These are the 'A'-players, the Thought Leaders, the Executers who have the rare ability to get things done.
From Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-shaped_skills
The concept of T-shaped skills, or T-shaped persons is a metaphor used in job recruitment to describe the abilities of persons in the workforce. The vertical bar on the T represents the depth of related skills and expertise in a single field, whereas the horizontal bar is the ability to collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas and to apply knowledge in areas of expertise other than one's own. The earliest reference is by David Guest in 1991. Tim Brown, CEO of the IDEO design consultancy defended this approach to résumé assessment as a method to build interdisciplinary work teams for creative processes.
